2. What's your product's quality?
We use high-quality materials and processes, including lampshades, crystals, metals, and electroplating. From raw materials to semi-finished products to finished products, all products undergo strict quality testing before being packaged and shipped.
3. What shipping method do you use?
A. By Express: such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc. The dispatch time is about 5-10 days
B. Air Freight: when your order is more than 100kgs, which will be more economical than express.
C. Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered.
D. Agent designated by client: please tell us the contact details of your shipping agent and we will arrange the delivery to them.
4. Is it OK to print my logo on products or cartons?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
5. Can I place a sample order to test quality?
Sure, sample order is welcomed. We hope to cooperate with you through sample orders.
